"Once in a Blue Moon"
Original size: 16 x 20"

This oil on canvas is one of my favorites. It was entered in a Judged and Juried show, where the judge commented, "Delightful painting! This is one of those paintings you can look at forever, but never get tired of seeing."

It was selected by the editor to appear on the cover of Hometown West Lake in the June/July 2007 issue to advertise the Villages Art League's First Annual Summer Art Festival, of which Helen was the co-chair. The original is in a private collection.

Available up to 12 x 18" as art prints. See ordering page for details.

"Daisy Sunshine"
Original size 12 x 16"

For this painting, I was trying something new for me: starting with an orange acrylic background, then applying oils over that. I wanted to make the daisies appear like they were in bright sunlight. The original is in a private collection.

Available up to 12 x 18" as art prints. See ordering page for details.

"Moon Rising"
Original size 18 x 24"

This scene reminded me of a dear aunt, who lived on a lake in NJ, where she could see the moon rising from her dock. Hence, it's title.

The original is for sale at $350, which includes the frame.

Available up to 12 x 18" as art prints. See ordering page for details.

"The Calm Before the Storm"
Original size 16 x 20"

I've always loved the different moods of the sea and sky, and this scene intrigued me. It was entered in a Judged and Juried Show in The Visual Arts Association, where the judge loved how my clouds were rendered. The original is in a private collection.

Available up to 12 x 18" as art prints. See ordering page for details.
